the Netherlands. Our team combines technical expertise with practical experience to tackle challenges in industrial
wastewater treatment. We collaborate closely with our
research partners KWR Water Research Institute and Delft
University of Technology, to refine our technology and

Otter Intelligence is based in Delft and Amsterdam,
the Netherlands. Our team combines technical expertise with
practical experience to tackle challenges in industrial
wastewater treatment. We collaborate closely with our
research partners KWR Water Research Institute and Delft
University of Technology, to refine our technology and
validate our solutions.
We develop innovative technology for industrial wastewater treatment where chemicals dosing is critical but hard to control through two products:
1. INTANGIBLE
an AI-driven platform that turns existing (sensor) data into a “Smart Digital
Operator”, delivering actionable insights
and automating chemical dosing to save costs and ensure regulatory compliance.
2. Electrochemical sensor
(under development)
a next-generation sensor
based on Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) for water monitoring.
