This Cookie Statement explains which cookies and similar technologies otterintelligence.nl ("the website") uses, why we use them and how you can control them. It applies to visitors from the European Economic Area and Switzerland.
In short: we only use what is necessary to run the website and to protect our forms against spam. We don't use statistics or marketing cookies yet, and we won't without asking you first.

Cloudflare TurnstileNecessary
Usage
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our contact, demo and newsletter forms against spam. It only loads once you start filling in a form.
Sharing data
Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser details and a TLS fingerprint to tell people apart from bots. Cloudflare is based in the United States and protects this transfer under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses. Usage
Our website is delivered through Cloudflare's network, which protects it against attacks and abusive traffic. Cloudflare only sets these cookies when it needs to check whether a visit is automated.

What we don't use
We don't currently use statistics, marketing, advertising or social media cookies. Our fonts and images are served from our own website, and the LinkedIn link in the footer loads nothing from LinkedIn unless you click it.
An earlier version of this website ran on WordPress and used plugins such as Complianz, Elementor, Google Fonts, Google reCAPTCHA and Burst Statistics. The current website no longer uses any of them.
Consent and your choices
We ask for your consent before placing any cookie that isn't necessary. We plan to add statistics cookies, to understand how visitors use the website, and marketing cookies, to support our marketing. They aren't active yet. Before we switch any on, we'll list them on this page and ask for your consent again; they'll only load after you've agreed.
You can review or change your choice at any time with the , which are also linked at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it.
Deleting cookies through your browser
You can use your browser settings to delete cookies and site data, block them, or be notified whenever one is placed; see your browser's help section for instructions. If you block the necessary cookies above, our forms may stop working. If you clear this website's data, the cookie banner will ask for your choice again on your next visit.
